The last car I did before the Bel Air, was a 1963 Ford Galaxie 500. It was not too bad off.  It needed upholstery and paint and a general cleaning.  I did some engine upgrades, and really enjoyed the car.  I sold it in 2004.

In 1996, I bought a Nova shell and put this together.  It had a 350 built by a former NASCAR engine builder, that was pretty cool. I put buckets from a Cavalier and matching gray carpet in it, then had the original back seat covered to match the buckets. Took a Pontice Ventura dash insert, cut out the factory gagues and installed SW's in the holes.

In Memphis, 1993.  You will see a trend starting (or finishing) my wife and I love metallic blue cars.

1991 in Chattanooga, I found an ad in the paper for a nice Cutlass with a new engine.  I was one happy camper.  Some paint and "seat covers" and here you go.

One of the nicest cars I have owned, a 70 Buick Gran Sport.  I had the time and money to do this one right.

(That may not happen again...L O L!)

Also while I was in Atlanta, my buddy Vic Jester loaned me $200 for this impulse buy.

We pulled the 6 for a 400 V-8 with goodies.

Everybody has one...THE ONE I SHOULDA KEPT!  Bought it in Chattanooga in 1979 for $500.  Total restoration in my garage, (except for the paint).  Remember this was 1980 - before you could buy reproduction pieces by mail order.  I lucked up and found a lot of new stuff on the shelf of the Gallatin Tn. Pontiac dealer - covered with dust, but brand new.!   It had a Hurst His & Hers shifter, AM-FM, etc.   I don't know if I would rather have the car back or that skinny little body!!!

Thanks for looking.
